How to Prepare an Allowlist or Denylist CSV file

Please note that all PII shown are examples and for demonstration purposes only. This article provides instructions on adding data to an Allowlist or Denylist - to add the Allowlist or Denylist service to a workflow, please contact Support@alloy.co. The allowlist or denylist will not function as intended unless the allowlist or denylist service(s) are included in the workflow.

When adding multiple identity elements to your organization’s allowlist or denylist, a CSV file can be uploaded via the dashboard.

When preparing the CSV file for upload, ensure that the header row of the spreadsheet matches the sequence in which the identity elements are selected in the “Import Allowlist CSV” or "Import Denylist CSV" menu.

The spreadsheet cannot contain blank cells in any of its rows or columns. If there are blank cells, consider separating the data into separate CSVs.
