How to Prepare a Blacklist or Whitelist CSV file

Please note that all PII shown are examples and for demonstration purposes only. This article provides instructions on adding data to a blacklist or whitelist - to add the black or whitelist service to a workflow, please contact Support@alloy.co. The black or whitelist will not function as intended unless it is included in the workflow.

When adding multiple identity elements to your organization’s blacklist or whitelist, a CSV file can be uploaded via the dashboard.

When preparing the CSV file for upload, ensure that the header row of the spreadsheet matches the sequence in which the identity elements are selected in the “Import Blacklist CSV” menu.

The spreadsheet cannot contain blank cells in any of its rows or columns. If there are blank cells, consider separating the data into separate CSVs.
